I absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The decor was charming and reminded me of a classic mountain lodge. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, and it was so convenient for us senior folks to navigate around. The staff were attentive and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. It made me feel right at home.
If there was one thing I could ask for a better vacation for senior people, it would be more comfortable seating options in the common areas. I found that the chairs were a bit too low and lacked proper support for my back.

The restaurant serves "traditional cuisine" - whatever that means. Some rooms have a "private balcony" - extra space for me to pretend I'm royalty. Free shuttle service and gift shop - perfect for impulse shopping. The onsite bar and restaurant - no need to venture out into the real world. Free public parking - because who wants to pay for parking? Free Wi-Fi - so I can post my fabulous selfies. Skiing and cycling - because why not torture myself and pretend to be active on vacation?
Oh, what a shame, I couldn't find anything to complain about. Life is so hard, isn't it?

What a fantastic treat it was to find this hotel. Isabel was warm and welcoming, met us as we pulled up on our motorcycles and directed us to her garage. The room and hotel were spotless, dining room warm and classy, food excellent. Can't say enough nice things about our stay. Next morning she helped us plan out a great ride to our next destination. We are hoping to stay here on the return leg of our trip. If you're reading this Isabel, thanks again!
Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's position is perfect for exploring the scenic routes over Col du Chaussy and Col de la Madeleine. We were extremely well taken care of and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The food was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the view from our balcony was simply breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and memorable experience.

Amazing views and delicious food! the location was perfect for our city break, with stunning views of the mountains. We loved enjoying a glass of wine under the grape vines at sunset, it was so relaxing. the in-house restaurant served delicious meals, including a traditional fondue that added to the overall ambience.
The rooms were a bit small, but we upgraded to a larger room and had no complaints. a minor issue compared to the fantastic experience we had.

The hotel had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, it made me feel right at home. The decoration was classy and the general areas were spotless. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated how accessible the hotel was. It had ramps and elevators, making it easy for me to move around without any trouble.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a bit more assistance from the children working there. Though they were polite, some extra help with luggage or guiding would have been nice.

The comfortable rooms, with balconies available, provide the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. The friendly hosts go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, offering secure bike parking for cyclists. The delicious food, including regional dishes, is a true highlight. Additionally, the hotel has a garage for guests traveling by car.
The bed could have been more comfortable for a restful night's sleep.
